The Sustained Nutrition messaging service (the "Service") includes SMS/text messaging, email communications, and access to our online storefront. The Service is operated by Sustained Nutrition ("Sustained Nutrition," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms of Service at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for the Service to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Sustained Nutrition. Your participation is completely voluntary.
2. Message Frequency and Charges
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS/text messages, and your wireless provider may impose fees for text messaging. Email communications are provided at no additional cost from us, though data usage may apply based on your internet or data provider.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Service. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details about text message charges.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time:

If you have subscribed to other Sustained Nutrition communication programs, you must opt out separately from each program.
4. Service Support
For assistance with the Service:

- Email us at team@sustainednutrition.com for any support inquiries regarding both SMS and email services.
5. Changes to Communication Channels
We may change any short code, telephone number, or email address we use to operate the Service at any time. We will notify you of such changes when applicable. You acknowledge that messages sent to a previously used short code, telephone number, or email address may not be received by us, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated contact points.
6. Supported Carriers and Liability
The wireless carriers supported by the SMS Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with accurate and valid contact information. If you change your mobile number or email address, you must notify us by updating your account information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
7. Online Storefront Terms of Use
Our online storefront allows users to purchase health food prep subscriptions and one-time meal purchases for delivery to their homes. By using our online storefront, you agree to the following terms:
A. User Accounts
To place an order through our online storefront, you may need to create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to:

We offer subscription services for meal deliveries. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to recurring charges as specified at the time of purchase. You can manage your subscription settings, including pausing or canceling your subscription, through your account.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will apply to the next billing period.
D. Payment and Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize Sustained Nutrition to charge your selected payment method for purchases made through our online storefront. You agree to keep your payment information up to date.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order if your payment cannot be processed. All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Sales tax and delivery fees may apply based on your location.
E. Delivery Terms
We deliver meals to specified addresses within our service area. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate delivery address. We will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or delivery instructions.
Delivery windows are provided as estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
